I’ve been using these for about two months; and do strongly believe they have aided in my metabolism. They contain trace amounts of sugar, not enough to thwart anyone’s diet program (unless they are eaten like candy). It took about five days for them to arrive. Packed in a cooling package (which was melted). Yet, they are far fresher than any I’ve purchased locally/retail. Definitely not stuck together as some reviewers have mentioned: It would take hours, days, weeks in scorching outdoor heat for them to melt into a gooey, wet clump.A clean, dry fork used to remove a chewable from the container, will keep them fresh. They taste good and there is NO scent. A lot of effort went into creating a tasty and effective product. Highly recommend.
