Warm Tips
1, We suggest to build a customized DIY fire pit by surrounding it with decorative blocks or brick, effectively using them as the fire pit liner.
2, When using it solely as a fire pit ring, we recommend filling the surrounding area with dirt to create an in-ground fire pit.
3, Please note that this fire pit does not have a bottom. To protect your ground surface from damage, we recommend to place some of sand or stones at the base before using it.

Dislike first: When assembling this ring, we discovered the rings overlap. At first, this was a big disappointment. However, after getting the FirePit finished, it really doesn’t carry that much meaning.Like: this thing is massive compared to that “rinkie dink” thing you get at the local hardware store. It is 8.5” in depth, which is way better than the 3” ring that comes in those kits at the store. Per other reviews, I went ahead and used Rustoleum paint to give it a good. Pay before our first fire.I love this ring and would buy it again!

Perfect size for a fire pit! I didn’t want anything too big. If anything I would have liked it to be higher to better help keep flames in when a breeze comes by.

As you would expect for the most part but it’s thin and the screws were rusted after a week outside…

As far as assembly it went together very easy. However I was pretty disappointed because the bolts that came with it I was just using a little electric 8-volt or 4 volt screwdriver I don’t remember which and one of the bolts snapped. Other than that I didn’t have any issues with it. So you might have to go to the hardware store and spend $5 or $10 for better bolts depending on whether you want to take your chances with the bolts included or if you just want to put them in once and no that they’re going to last. My only other complaint / suggestion would be that they use a little bit thicker metal to make it because after it was assembled and I went to move it it was still flimsy to where it was bending out of shape really easy when I was trying to move it around to get it situated on the blocks

This fire pit ring is a great size. It does come in 8 sections that require you to assemble. But assembly was easy enough with the hardware provided. It is a thinner metal so not sure of how long it will last. It’s a great fire pit for the price.
