This is a pretty good protein powder.Mixes with milk and water pretty well. It calls for 8oz but I always go with about 10-12 oz of milk or water.The vanilla taste is pretty strong so it’s great if you want to mix some unflavored creatine or other unflavored supplements with it.I’m satisfied with the purchase and the price. I will buy again.

I was looking for a new protein powder that had a lot more protein content per serving than I was used to and found this! It taste pretty good, but it is definitely a little thick and grainy with the two scoop serving size. I use oat milk to mix in with all my shakes and it takes so much milk to get it to a decent (not too thick) consistency. I have been only using one scoop recently to make it less thick or grainy, and to where I don’t have to use so much milk. But other than that it’s a good product.

My go-to recipe: 1/4 cup quick cooking oats (dry), 1 scoop protein powder, and 3/4 cup nonfat greek yogurt. Mix together, adding a small amount of water to get a smoother consistency. Top with fresh or frozen fruit and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid, which gives it a pudding-like texture.
