My husband likes to save every type of leftover and then forgets about it. The result is that our fridge smells gross. Even after I clean out all of the shriveled up, forgotten bits…it is still pretty rank. Baking soda wasn’t cutting it. I put this thing in the fridge last night and today our fridge smells like nothing….just like a fridge should smell.

I have two refrigerators and one upright freezer. I put one of these in the garage fridge that happened to have some forgotten rotting spinach. The odor of the rotting spinach permeated my entire fridge. I used the spinach as a test. I put one of these deodorizers in the fridge and checked a day later, and there was no odor on opening the door. I was able to only smell it when I picked it up to toss it out.I hope this works to reduce the odor that comes off of ice cubes! I have a new fridge with an icemaker and too soon to tell yet that will work.
